New Plymouth's annual Festival of Lights, held in gorgeous Pukekura Park, is an eagerly anticipated summer event in Vaughan's home region. So what better way to spend our last evening here than to admire the setup with his parents, who have so generously allowed us to freeload off them for the last 3,5 (!) months. Thanks for putting up with us so long, Kevin & Karen, we are truly grateful :-). This afternoon we're driving down to Wellington to start a whole new chapter: independent living, a full-time job at Immigration New Zealand and all the delights of an appartment in a central city location. Can't wait!Monday, January 07, 2008
