Osaka by night

When it comes to photography Vaughan is quite particular and still prefers taking pictures with his SLR camera. Yes indeed, not a digital, but a good old manual camera! While this makes uploading photos just a bit trickier, he does come up with some great results. On the weekend he developed his film rolls from our Kansai trip, and here are two Osaka night shots I like a lot.
This was the view from our hotel room: concrete buildings, crusty Tsuten-kaku tower and a roller coaster! On their own all pretty ugly, yet somehow the combination of them is visually quite appealing.
