My recent wedding anniversary surprise weekend for Vaughan included two of his favorite things: castles & seafood so fresh it's still wriggling. Witnessing the slow death of this big-eyed squid (see front) and being surrounded by fish heads wasn't so appetizing for me - call me a hypocrite but I prefer my meal to be dead before it arrives at the table! My man claimed this was the best sashimi etc. he's ever had, however, so mission accomplished :-)!
