The past weekend can be summed up in a few simple verbs: dining out, drinking (too much for my fragile frame!), dancing and LOTS of socializing. Most of it has involved my workmates, which is a good indicator of how well we all get along. Any team that dresses up Latino-style to farewell a colleague knows a thing or two about workplace-bonding :-). Things have been a bit fraught lately with lots of stress & overtime in my role so it was a relief to let my hair down!
Our lovely friend/workmate Sahra (in yellow) left us on Friday to head to South America. Perfect excuse for a dress-up party!
My outfit was a bit less flamboyant - what can I say, red or yellow just aren't my colours...
The following evening some of us girls headed out again, this time to celebrate our workmate Mariko's hens night. Good times were had at dinner...
