This afternoon I got an unexpected serenade from the 'Shining Star' womens' group - both a very humbling and hilarious moment. The song is in their local Kikuyu language and apparently goes along the lines of "We've never met someone like Inge before / Thank God Inge has come along". Way too much honour considering I'm just helping them to reinvigorate their business. I attempted to dance along with these fine women but ended up looking rather ridiculous! The days seem to be getting better and better here and I'm really starting to feel at home in this community :-).
